Production Centers

We integrate slaughtering and butchering in two production centres, in Riudellots de la Selva y Villamalla (Girona), enabling us to exercise strict control over the entire production chain, from the farm to preparation of the end product.

We have a plant equipped with the most modern technology and a team of over 1,500 specialist workers to handle a production capacity of 65,000 pigs per week.

The whole production process, from killing to packaging follows an automated production line that allows us to monitor precisely the traceability of all of the products and guarantee the highest quality.
