These bases have enabled us to enter our strategic markets and we became the first Spanish company with USDA certification to export pork from white pigs to the USA: pioneers in export.
This dedication to quality also drives the integral management of our food supply chain, working with our supplier farms so that we are aware of and monitor the origin and rearing of our animals to achieve end products of the highest quality.
We monitor the health and hygiene of all of the phases of the production process to achieve food safety and optimum products through Analysis of Critical Control Points (ACCP) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP).
Our production activities have the world's most important quality certifications, such as IFS (International Food Standard) and BRC (British Retail Consortium). They also meet the requirements of Royal Decree 993/2014 and those of third countries where we operate, such as the USA, the customs union, China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Canada and South Africa.
